wear, toiletries, medication etc. There is a small gift
shop at the lodge though it may not have everything that
you may require. This may include:

consider prior to visiting us include:
-
Fitness Regime
Getting in good shape before your
trip will ensure you get the most out of your unlimited vertical
package. Why not download a fitness app from itunes like
this one to
help you on your way. During your trip join our daily stretch class to speed up recovery and prepares you for another great day in the mountains.
-
Layering
Temperatures may
vary but the helicopter is warm and walking through waist deep powder does get
the internal temperature up. We advise that clients dress in layers so that
temperature adjustment is easy. An extra layer can also be removed if the day
gets warm. We stock a
range of Icebreaker and Arcteryx layering systems in our gift shop, so take a tip from what the guide wears and adjust your own layering system accordingly.
